Louise’s House Reentry Program
A therapeutic residential housing and counseling service for male sex offenders exiting the GDOC prison system. The program is designed to be a transitional step-down from incarceration into community living. The overarching goal of the program is to focus on reentry skills and needs and sex offender treatment simultaneously, to increase prosocial integration skills and decrease risk factors for criminal and sexual re-offense.
We are currently accepting sex offenders who committed their sexual offense before July 2, 2006, due to the 1000 ft residency restrictions from a church. Our program is a reentry program for male sex offenders or men serving life sentences. |
LOHBYH Housing
We provide affordable housing when available to anyone in need.
We accept applications and address those that we can, and where we may not be able to help, will refer the applicant to similar organizations for assistance. |
THOR & RPHThe THOR directory is a resource available at all of the jails and prisons in the state of Georgia. This directory lists the facilities that have been evaluated by DCS and qualify with respect to zoning and proximity laws, in the case of sex-offenders. We are in the directory and will receive requests for housing and will let organizations, inmates, or family members know if we have any vacancies.
The RPH directory will include housing, with the added advantage that the State actually pays for the expenses for the released inmate. They will cover rent and food allocation for a designated period of time to help the returning citizen get back on their feet. |
